dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na aktivity personálního oddělení ve společnosti. Každá činnost je jednotlivě procesně zmapována a popsána. Práce se detailně věnuje souboru činností souvisejících s náborem nových zaměstnanců. Cílem absolventské práce je vytvoření inovativních návrhů na zlepšení činností souvisejících s náborem nových zaměstnanců, a tím zefektivnit práci personálního oddělení.cs

The work is dedicated to the file in detail activities associated with the recruitment of new employees.
