| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití oxidu dusného na zdravotnické záchranné službě a urgentním příjmu v České republice (ČR). Cílem teoretické části práce je představit oxid dusný jako medicinální plyn, shrnout jeho charakteristické, fyzikální, chemické, farmakologické a technické vlastnosti. Teoretická část se také zabývá jeho klinickým významem a možností zařazení do palety léčiv zejména v oblasti přednemocniční a nemocniční neodkladné péče. V praktické části jsou pak uvedeny výsledky dotazníkového šetření prováděného na všech zdravotnických záchranných službách a na urgentních příjmech vybraných fakultních, krajských či velkých pražských nemocnic. Dotazníkové šetření zjišťovalo, v kolika oslovených zdravotnických zařízeních se oxid dusný využívá a v případě kladné odpovědi další doplňující informace z oblasti samotného způsobu využívání, benefitů, indikací a kompetencí. Cílem bylo zmapovat reálné používání oxidu dusného v neodkladné péči na území ČR a současně také porovnat zdravotnická zařízení ve způsobu využívání. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis examines the issue of using nitrous oxide in emergency medical service and emergency department in the Czech Republic. The goal of the theoretical part is introduce nitrous oxide as medicinal gas, summarize its characteristics, physical, chemistry, phamacological and technical characteristics. The theoretical part also examine its clinical importance and possibilities of use in pallete of drugs, especially in pre-hospital and hospital emergency care. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis are listed results of survey, which has been administred to emregency medical service and emergency department in selected university, regional or large Prague hopsitals. The survey has been asking for the exact number of the selected hospitals, which have been using nitrous oxide in this specific way. In case that the answer was positive the survey asked more detailed questions like the way of use the gas, the benefits of tis use, indications linked to the gas and competentions. Goal of the survey was to map the actual use od nitrous oxide in Czech Republic emregency care and also compare the medical facilities in their various way of the gass´s use. | en |
