dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřená na problematiku týkající se bioinženýrských parametrů kůže u dialyzovaných pacientů. Výzkumným záměrem bylo na základě změřených hodnot vybraných parametrů kůže vysvětlit některé patologické nálezy na kůži i samotný efekt dialýzy na kůži. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretický celek se zabývá kůží, její anatomií, fyziologií, kožními příznaky a přiblížením bioinženýrských metod ke zjišťování funkčních vlastností kožní bariéry. Dále se teoretická část zaobírá anatomií a fyziologií ledvin, jejich selháním a charakteristikou problematiky metod náhrady funkce ledvin, jako je hemodialýza, peritoneální dialýza a transplantace ledvin. V praktické části jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny výsledky získané výzkumným měřením speciálním přístrojem MC 1000. Statisticky zpracovaná data poskytují náhled na rozdílnost naměřených hodnot před a po aplikaci dialýzy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on problems related to skin bioengineering parameters in patients on dialysis. A research intention was to explain some skin pathological findings and effect of dialysis on the skin based on the measured values of selected parameters (TEWL, elasticity, pigmentation). This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the skin, its anatomy, physiology and symptoms. Also is there described bioengineering methods which identify the functional properties of the skin barrier. The next chapter of theoretical part discusses anatomy and physiology of the kidney, its failure and characteristic problems of methods of renal replacement therapy such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplantation. In the practical part are processed and evaluated the research results obtained by special unit MC 1000 measuring. The statistical data analysis provide insight into the diversity of measured values before and after dialysis.en
