dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá tématy rodina, příbuzenství a gender v literárním díle Homérova Odyssea. Toto dílo je nahlíženo jako jediný zdroj poznání sociálního světa Řeků Temných časů. Homérova Odysseia byla interpretativně analyzována na témata prokreace, manželství, smrti, světu mužů a žen. Komparace jejích objevů s představami v pozdějším Řecku přináší zajímavé nálezy. Některé z nich byly hojně diskutovány vědci zabývající se řeckou společností, ale bez souhlasu na jejich významu. Některé byly diskutovány poprvé. Jedná se o základ příbuzenství, a distinkci mezi oikos a genos.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the topics of family, kinship and gender in the literature piece Homer's Odyssey. This piece is viewed as the only source for understanding of the social world of Greeks of The Dark Ages. Homer's Odyssey was interpretively analysed for topics of procreation, marriage, death, world of women and world of men. The comparision of its findings with the notions on the later stages of development of the greek culture reveals some interesting findings. Some of them were widely discussed by scholars dealing with the greek society, but without any agreement on the meaning. Some were discussed for the first time. These are the basics of kinship, and distinction among oikos and genos.en
