dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je zodpovězení výzkumné otázky, zdali je současná podoba managementu geostacionární orbity v souladu s konceptem globálního veřejného statku. Bakalářská práce obsahuje popis modelu politické geografie Everetta Dolmana, který je ze strany autora značně rozpracován s využitím astronomicky, resp. astronauticky zaměřené literatury. Zodpovězení výzkumné otázky pak probíhá analýzou územních nároků ke vztahu ke geostacionární orbitě, problematikou kosmického smetí, přímého družicového vysílání a významu aktivit na geostacionární orbitě pro rozvojové země. Autor přitom dochází k závěru, že současná podoba managementu geostacionární orbity nereflektuje koncept globálního veřejného statku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMain purpose of the bachelor thesis is to answer research question, whether recent status and use of geostationary orbit was in accordance with concept of global public good. The theoretical chapter bachelor thesis contains the description model political geography of the outer space by Everrett Dolman; this geographical model is compared with astronomical and astronautical literature. The research question was answered accordance with analysis of territorial claims concerning the geostationary orbit, matters space debris in relation to geostationary orbit, political issues of direct broadcasting by artificial satellites and analysis the importance space activities to developing countries. The author of bachelor thesis holds the view that recent form uses of geostationary orbit is not accordance with concept global public good.en
