dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá legislativní mocí státu Izrael a jejím zakotvením v rámci právního řádu. Činí tak z hlediska ústavního práva, zabývá se i jejím historickým vývojem od vzniku státu až do současnosti a práce je zaměřena také na orgány legislativní moci konkrétně, včetně úpravy vztahů s mocí výkonnou a soudní. Práce se dále věnuje základním zákonům, jejich roli v rámci ústavního pořádku, legislativnímu procesu při jejich přijímání, jakož i přijímání zákonů jako takových a organizační struktuře Knessetu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the State of Israel and its legislative power which is in Israel performed through the Knesset. Israel is a specific country with its specific history which strongly affected the legal system, including the legislative power of the state. Even if the main topic of this diploma thesis is the legislative power of the State of Israel, for a better understanding of the topic the thesis also marginally deals with historical development of the legal system, constitutional system of the state and also with influence of religion on the legislative power and the legal system itself. The aim of this thesis is to process the topic using the sources listed above and to provide the reader with information about the functioning of the State of Israel in terms of its legislative power within the legal system.en
