dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje problematice potrestání nacistických válečných zločinců po roce 1945. První část je věnována tvorbě mezinárodních dohod a úmluv, které byly důležité pro formování mezinárodního práva v meziválečném období. Zejména pak utváření dohod o stíhání a trestání válečných zločinů. Tato část je převážně věnována Norimberskému tribunálu, jako důležitému mezníku pro trestání válečných zločinců po 2. světové válce, přínos Československa k utváření těchto norem (B. Ečer) a přínos k vyšetřování válečných zločinů( zpráva Wetzlera a Vrby). Další část je věnována postupů potrestání nacistických válečných zločinců v Československé republice, vzniku Dekretů prezidenta republiky, především pak vydání tzv. velkého a malého retribučního dekretu. Dále obsahuje činnost mimořádných lidových soudů, které byly na základě dekretů ustaveny. Poslední část se zabývá zmapováním procesu s organizátorem židovské otázky na Slovensku, Dieterem Wislicenymcs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis discuss an issue of punishment of the Nazi war criminals after 1945. It consists of three main parts. The first part is devoted to the procedure of creating international agreements and conventions that were important for the formation of international law in the interwar period. In particular, the procedure of creating agreements on the prosecution and punishment of war crimes. This section is mainly devoted to the Nuremberg Tribunal, as an important milestone for the punishment of war criminals after the 2nd World War II, Czechoslovakia contribution regarding to procedure of formatting standards for those cases (B. Ečer) and contribution to the investigation of war crimes (Vrba and Wetzler report). Another part discuss procedures of punishing Nazi war criminals in the Czechoslovak Republic, President of Republic decree formation,the issue of large and small decree retribution and Extraordinary People´s Courts.It also includes activities of the Special People's Courts which were established on the basis of decrees. The last part describes and explains trial with the organizer of the Jewish question in the Slovak Republic, Dieter Wislicenym.en
