dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se v úvodu zabývá vztahem práva a sportu, definicí sportu a jeho právním zakotvením jak v národní, tak mezinárodní úpravě. Také je rozebrána otázka existence sportovního práva jako samostatného právního odvětví. Následuje popis základních atributů spolku jako nejběžnější formy sportovních organizací. V další části práce jsou představeny možnosti řešení sporů ve sportu vzniklých, zejména v rámci interních mechanismů sportovní organizace, jak je předvedeno konkrétně na příkladu fotbalu. Samostatná kapitola je pak věnována Arbitrážnímu soudu pro sport v Lausanne.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the relationship between law and sports, with the definition of sport and its legal regulation both national and international. There is also a part which analyzes a question about the existence of sports law as an independent legal branch. A description of the fundamental attributes of the association as the most common form of sports organization follows. In the next part of the thesis possibilities of dispute resolution in sport can be found, particularly the internal mechanisms within the framework of sports organization which is demonstrated on the football as a clear example. A separate chapter is devoted to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.en
