dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma "Hojení chronických ran pohledem sestry " je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je nastíněn současný stav řešené problematiky hojení chronických ran, anatomie a fyziologie kůže, vyšetření kůže, klasifikace a rozdělení chronických ran, fáze hojení chronických ran a rozdělení základních typů zdravotnické péče. Hlavním cílem realizovaného výzkumu bylo identifikovat a po-rovnat, jaké výhody a nevýhody vnímají všeobecné sestry při ošetřování chronických ran v závislosti na typu poskytované zdravotní péče. Na základě analýzy dat z rozhovorů realizovaných jako součást výzkumu předkládané kvalifikační práce byl vytvořen návrh standardního postupu pro výběr nejvhodnějšího typu zdravotní péče dle celkového stavu pacienta.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis on the topic "Chronic Wound Healing from the Nurse's Per-spective" is divided into two parts: the theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical part outlines the current state of the issue of chronic wound healing, the anatomy and phy-siology of the skin, skin examination, classification and division of chronic wounds, phases of chronic wound healing, and the categorization of basic types of healthcare. The main aim of the conducted research was to identify and compare the advantages and disa-dvantages perceived by general nurses in the care of chronic wounds depending on the type of healthcare provided. Based on the analysis of data from interviews conducted as part of the research for this qualification thesis, a proposal for a standard procedure for selecting the most appropriate type of healthcare according to the overall condition of the patient was created.en
