dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na institut oddlužení plněním splátkového kalendáře. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled procesu oddlužení od jeho zahájení až ke konečnému osvobození dlužníka od placení zbylých dluhů, následná aplikace těchto poznatků na řešení úpadku manželů a závěrečné zodpovězení otázky, zda je právní úprava obsažená v insolvenčním zákoně dostatečná i pro právní poměry manželů či zda by měla být současná právní úprava novelizována o ustanovení věnovaná společnému oddlužení manželů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this thesis is concentrated on the insistute of discharge of debts by fulfilment of the instalment schedule. The general aim of this thesis is to describe the whole process of discharge of debts from its initiation till the final liberation of the debtor from payment of remaining debts, than to apply acquired knowledges on bankruptcy of married couples and finally to answer the question "if the regulation contained in Bankruptcy Act suffices in the case of married couple or if it's necessary to have an explicit regulation of collective discharge of debts of married couples".en
