| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na změny v hladinách specifických imunoglobulinů třídy IgE a IgG4 v průběhu léčby specifickou alergenovou imunoterapií. Teoretická část se zabývá imunopatologickými reakcemi, charakteristikou alergií, diagnostikou a léčbou alergických onemocnění a specifickými třídami imunoglobulinů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na stanovení hladin specifických protilátek metodou ImmunoCAP, vyhodnocení výsledků pomocí grafů s boxploty a následné statistické zhodnocení s využitím Wilcoxova statistického testu včetně popisu změn v průběhu léčby. | cs |
