dc.description.abstractTéma "Právní aspekty odsunu sudetských Němců na území Mostecka" jsem si vybrala proto, že je stále potřeba o odsunu Němců mluvit a připomínat si jej. Tato problematika je dodnes předmětem mnoha diskuzí mezi historiky. Dalším důvodem pro výběr tématu byl můj původ, od narození žiju v Mostě. Nejprve jsem se snažila shrnout historické události, ze kterých odsun vyplynul. Zabývala jsem se obdobím od první republiky do konce druhé světové války. Následující kapitoly se pak týkají konkrétně odsunu, jak odsun proběhl na území Československa. V další části mé diplomové práce jsem pak soustředila na území Mostecka, na události, jež se udály na tomto konkrétním území během vysídlení. V závěru poukazuji na následky a vliv odsunu na další vývoj Československa a jeho společnost. Snažila jsem se na problém nahlížet z hlediska historického i právního zároveň. Po prostudování tohoto tématu mohu říci, že odsun Němců je jedna z nejtragičtějších událostí, které se přihodily v československé historii, především z důvodu nerespektování a porušování základních lidských práv. Vysídlení ale pochopitelně mělo vliv také na ekonomiku, morálku a úbytek obyvatelstva a pracovních sil.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedI have chosen the topic "Legal Aspects of Sudetenland Germans Expulsion in the territory of Most Region", because it´s still necessary to talk about the expulsion of Germans and to remind it. This topic is still a subject of many discussions between historians. My origin is the other reason for choice of this topic, I have lived in Most since my birth. First, I tried to summarize history, which the expulsion is its result. I dealt with the epoch from the first republic to the end of Second World War. Following chapters are about transfer concretely, how it came true in the territory of Czechoslovakia. I have concentrated on the territory of Most Region in the next part of my thesis, on incidents which happened in this territory during the transfer. In the end, I pointed out the expulsion consequences and effects for the further evolution of Czechoslovakia and its society. I tried to look at this problem with historical and legal aspect together. When I read up thorough this topic, I am able to say, the expulsion of Germans was the most tragic affair in the Czechoslovak history, primarily because of no respect and contravene for human rights. Of course, the transfer affected economy, morality, decrease of inhabitants and workforce.en
