dc.description.abstractV této práci je zpracována potřebná teoretická část k úspěšné realizaci daného experimentu. Zahrnuje teorii mezní vrstvy a odtržení proudu, princip a popis experimentálního zařízení a teorii měření rychlostí metodou PIV. Dále je popsána realizace měření tlakového gradientu, rychlostního profilu na výstupu a měření PIV. Na závěr jsou uvedeny výsledky všech měření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedTheoretical part is processed for successful realization of the experiment in this thesis. It includes the boundary layer theory and flow separation, the principle of the experimental device called diffuser and theory of the measurement of velocity by method PIV. Then there is described the realization of measurement of pressure gradient, the velocity profile at the output and PIV measurement. In conclusion, the results of all measurements are shown.en
