dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá účinky lokální termoterapie na spinální úrovni. V teoretické části je popsána problematika základních neurofyziologických procesů, nervové řízení na spinální úrovni a termoterapie pro lepší pochopení výzkumu v praktické části. Praktická část je zaměřená na účinky pozitivní termoterapie ovlivňující spastický hypertonus facili-tačně či inhibičně. Na základě výzkumu byl zjištěn inhibiční účinek na spastický hyperto-nus horní končetiny působením lokální termoterapie v oblasti spastického svalu, popř. kombinací působením na spastický sval a v oblasti krční páteře na spinální úrovni. Apli-kace lokální termoterapie pouze na oblast krční páteře způsobila naopak facilitační účinek spastického hypertonu horní končetiny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the effects of local thermotherapy at the spinal level. The theoretical part describes the issues of basic neurophysiological processes, nerve control at the spinal level and thermotherapy for a better understanding of the research in the practical part. The practical part is focused on the effects of positive thermotherapy affecting spastic hypertension facitalizing or inhibitory. Based on the research, an inhibi-tory effect on the spastic hypertension of the upper limb by the action of local thermothe-rapy in theare of the spastic muscle, or combination by acting on the spastic muscle and in the area of the cervical spine at the spinal level. On the contrary, the application of local application of local thermotherapy only to the cervical spine caused a facilitating effect of spastic hypertension of the upper limb.en
