dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na novorozence s nízkou porodní hmotností, kdy cílem jsou zjistit specifika péče o tyto malé pacienty. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část zahrnuje všeobecné teoretické poznatky z literatury týkající se problematiky novorozenců s nízkou porodní hmotností. Zahrnuje předčasný porod, péči o novorozence po porodu a během hospitalizace a potřeby dítěte. Praktická část byla zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Zabývá se analýzou předčasně narozeného novorozence. Součástí analýzy bylo pozorování novorozence a sběr dat pomocí záznamového archu. Výzkum byl doplněn polostruktorovaným rozhovorem s matkou novorozence. Závěr obsahuje poznatky získané výzkumným šetřením a dopručení pro praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on new-borns with low birth weight. The aim is to provide specifics concerning care for these little patiens. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and practical one. The first includes not only general theoretical facts from literature, concerning new-borns with low birth weight, but it also covers premature child birth, care for new-borns after the birth and during hospitalization. The latter part was created by the method of qualitative research. It provides an analysis of premature new-born child. Part of the analysis is monitoring of the new-born and collection of data by means of data collection file. The research is complemented by semistructured interview with the mother of the child. The conclusion contains facts gathered by the research and recommendation for futurepractice.en
