dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá vlivem uprchlické krize po ruské invazi na Ukrajinu v roce 2022 na sociální pracovníky v České republice. Cílem práce je analyzovat zkušenosti těchto pracovníků a identifikovat hlavní výzvy a překážky, kterým čelí při pomoci uprchlíkům. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na migrační politiku ČR a antropologické perspektivy migrace, zatímco praktická část zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkum založený na rozhovorech. Zjištění práce poukazují na potřebu lepší integrace akademických poznatků do praxe a zvýšení podpory pro sociální pracovníky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the impact of the refugee crisis after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022 on social workers in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the experiences of these workers and to identify the main challenges and obstacles they face in assisting refugees. The theoretical part focuses on Czech migration policy and anthropological perspectives on migration, while the practical part includes qualitative research based on interviews. The findings of the thesis point to the need for better integration of academic knowledge into practice and increased support for social workers.en
