Dále se zaměřuje na vliv trestné činnosti na služební poměr. V neposlední řádě rigorózní práce pojednává o specifickém postavení vojáka jako pachatele trestného činu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the status of a member of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic as the perpetrator of a criminal offence. It examines the general foundations of the conditions of perpetration. Furthermore, it analyses the impact of criminal activity on the service relationship. Last but not least, the thesis addresses the specific status of a soldier as the perpetrator of a criminal offence.en
