dc.description.abstractHlavním úkolem bakalářské práce je nalezení a odstranění příčin, které způsobily zvýšení zmetkovitosti v roce 2016 ve společnosti Kdynium a.s. V první části je představena společnost a její technologie. Poté následuje charakteristika vybraných nástrojů řízení kvality. Další částí je seznámení s kvalitou ve společnosti a analýza příčin problémů pomocí Paretova diagramu a Ishikawova diagramu. Dalším bodem jsou návrhy nápravných opatření a zavedení těchto opatření do výroby. V závěru práce je zhodnocení účinnosti nápravných opatření a celkové zhodnocení práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main purpose of this undergraduate thesis is to locate and eliminate the cause of higher rate of defective product output at Kdynium a.s. in 2016. The first part of the thesis introduces the company and used technology. The next step is a characterization of chosen implements of quality management. The following part deals with the quality management in the company and the analysis of the cause of problems using Paret's and Ishikawa's diagrams. The next section suggests corrective measures and implementation of these measures into the production. In the conclusion there is an assessment of the corrective measures and a general assessment of the thesis.en
