dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života pacientů s periferními poruchami sluchu. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na anatomii sluchového aparátu, typy sluchových poruch, jejich diagnostiku a možnosti léčby. Dále rozebírá koncept kvality života, jeho dimenze a metody hodnocení. Věnuje se i psychosociálním dopadům sluchového postižení. Praktická část využívá standardizované dotazníky WHOQOL-BREF a HHIA k hodnocení celkové kvality života a sluchového postižení u pacientů s poruchami sluchu. Výsledky ukázaly, že sluchové postižení významně ovlivňuje kvalitu života, především v sociální a psychické dimenzi. Výstupem práce je manuál pro přístup k těmto pacientům.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the quality of life of patients with peripheral hearing disorders. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy of the hearing system, types of hearing disorders, their diagnosis and treatment options. It also discusses the concept of quality of life, its dimensions and methods of assessment. It also addresses the psychosocial impact of hearing impairment. The practical part uses the standardised WHOQOL-BREF and HHIA questionnaires to assess overall quality of life and hearing impairment in patients with hearing loss. The results showed that hearing impairment significantly affects quality of life, especially in the social and psychological dimensions. The outcome of the work is a manual for the approach to these patients.en
