| dc.description.abstract | Studie představuje možnosti využití badatelských postupů oral history v rámci školního vyučování dějepisu. Jedná se o vyučovací projekt, kdy žáci formou řízených rozhovorů s pamětníky zjišťují povědomí o kulinárním dědictví Plzeňského regionu a popularitě tradičního křimického zelí. Výstupem výzkumu je jednak samotné žákovské šetření, jednak didaktický cíl – tvorba kompetencí, které vedou k budování občanské gramotnosti generace jednadvacátého století. | cs |

This is a teaching project in which students find out in an interview with witnesses about the culinary heritage of the Pilsen region and the popularity of traditional cabbage from Krimice. The output of the research is both the student survey itself and the didactic goal – the creation of competencies that lead to the building of civic literacy of the generation of the twenty‑first century. | en |
