dc.description.abstractBakalářské práce se zaměřuje na strategie v harmonizaci pracovního a osobního života mužů a žen v Armádě České republiky. Díky specifičnosti jejich povolání, ve kterém jsou připraveni bránit svojí vlast v případě napadení, jsou vojáci a vojákyně vysílání na různá cvičení, kurzy, zahraniční mise na delší dobu a celkově je jejich práce časově a stresově náročná. Dílčím cílem je podchytit, jak performují své genderové role v armádním prostředí a v osobním životě. A v neposlední řadě zviditelnit zkušenosti žen v povolání, které je vnímáno jako silně maskulinní.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the strategies in harmonization of work and private life of men and women in the Army of the Czech republic. Due to the specificity of their proffession, in which they are ready to defend their homeland in case of attack, male and female soldiers are sent on various exercises, courses, foreign missions for longer periods of time and overall their work is time consuming and stressful. The sub-objective is to capture, how they perform their gender roles in the military and in their personal lives. And last but not least, to make visible the experience of women in profession that is perceived as strongly masculine.en
