dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vztahy mezi Evropskou unií a Spojeným královstvím po brexitu. Cílem práce je analyzovat dopady brexitu na klíčové oblasti vzájemné spolupráce, zejména v oblasti obchodních vztahů, bezpečnosti, obrany a zahraniční politiky. Práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení, jak se po brexitu proměnily podmínky této spolupráce a jaké výzvy přineslo nové institucionální uspořádání. Úvodní část práce podává kontext brexitu a popisuje důvody, které vedly k rozhodnutí o vystoupení z EU. Následující část se věnuje vyjednávacímu procesu, včetně přijetí Dohody o vystoupení a následné Dohody o obchodu a spolupráci, Dohody o bezpečnosti informací a Dohody o spolupráci v oblasti jaderné energie. Hlavní část práce je věnována dvěma oblastem. První z nich je obchodní spolupráce, kde brexit způsobil zásadní změny, včetně zavedení celních kontrol, nových pravidel původu a regulačních překážek. Práce analyzuje dopady těchto změn na obchod se zbožím a službami a identifikuje nejvíce zasažené sektory. Druhá část se zaměřuje na bezpečnostní, obrannou a zahraničněpolitickou spolupráci, která se vyznačuje snahou o pokračující spolupráci, avšak bez pevného institucionálního rámce. Spojené království upřednostňuje spolupráci v rámci NATO a bilaterální dohody s členskými státy EU, avšak přetrvává zájem o společné řešení otázek, jako je kybernetická bezpečnost nebo boj proti terorismu. Práce zároveň upozorňuje na limity této spolupráce a absenci uceleného institucionálního rámce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the relationship between the European Union and the United Kingdom after Brexit. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the impact of Brexit on key areas of mutual cooperation, particularly in the areas of trade relations, security, defence and foreign policy. The thesis focuses on assessing how the terms of this cooperation have changed after Brexit and what challenges the new institutional arrangements have brought. The introductory part of the thesis provides the context of Brexit and describes the reasons that led to the decision to leave the EU. The following section looks at the negotiation process, including the adoption of the Withdrawal Agreement and the subsequent Trade and Cooperation Agreement, the Information Security Agreement and the Nuclear Cooperation Agreement. The main part of the thesis is devoted to two areas. The first is trade cooperation, where Brexit has caused major changes, including the introduction of customs controls, new rules of origin and regulatory barriers. The paper analyses the impact of these changes on trade in goods and services and identifies the sectors most affected. The second part focuses on security, defence and foreign policy cooperation, which is characterised by a desire for continued cooperation but without a solid institutional framework. The UK favours cooperation within NATO and bilateral agreements with EU Member States, but there remains an interest in jointly addressing issues such as cyber security or counter-terrorism. The thesis also highlights the limits of this cooperation and the lack of a coherent institutional framework.en
