| dc.description.abstract | Prvním cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit metody a nástroje controllingu a jejich využití ve společnosti Precision Castparts CZ, s. r. o., se sídlem v Plzni současně s definováním příčin zjištěných výsledků za roky 2017-2020. Dalším cílem a účelem této kvalifikační práce je vytvořit souhrn doporučení a návrhů pro tento podnik, včetně plánu pro následující období. Kapitoly teoretické části a její obsah je koncipován z hlediska druhového členění controllingu, jejich metod a nástrojů. V kapitolách praktické části jsou tyto teoretické poznatky aplikovány na analyzovanou a hodnocenou společnost. Použitými metodami sběru dat byla analýza interních dokumentů podniku, veřejně dostupných materiálů a strukturovaný rozhovor s vedoucím pracovníkem. Výsledkem je hodnocení, doporučení a návrhy pro podnik, včetně finančního vyjádření, z oblasti controllingových nástrojů a metod, jejímiž hlavními oblastmi jsou finance, reporting, plánování a investice. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The first aim of this Master's thesis is to analyze and evaluate the methods and tools of controlling and their use in the company Precision Castparts CZ, s. r. o., based in Pilsen, while defining the causes of the results for the years 2017-2020. Another goal and purpose of this qualification is to create a summary of recommendations and proposals for this undertaking, including a plan for the following period. The chapters of the theoretical part and its content is designed in terms of the type of controlling, their methods and tools. In the chapters of the practical part, these theoretical findings are applied to the analyzed and evaluated company. The data collection methods were used analysis of the company's internal documents, publicly available materials and a structured interview with a manager. The result is evaluations, recommendations and proposals for the company, including financial statements, in the field of controlling tools and methods, the main areas are finance, reporting, planning and investment. | en |
