dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá novými trendy v mezinárodní obchodní arbitráži. Virtuální řízení a financování třetí stranou jsou jedny z nejvýznamnějších trendů posledních několika let na poli mezinárodní obchodní arbitráže, a to nejen díky korona virové pandemii. K těmto trendům jsem dospěla skrze analýzu a komparaci aktualizovaných pravidel arbitrážních institucí a dále také analýzou nových trendů vyplývajících ze světového dění. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na nalezení odpovědí na tři výzkumné otázky. První otázkou je, co jsou nové trendy mezinárodní obchodní arbitráže. Druhá otázka zní, zda mají tyto trendy potenciál stát se novým standardem. A třetí otázkou je, kdy se jedná o trend a kdy se z trendu stal nový standard.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the topic of New trends in international commercial arbitration. Virtual hearings and Third-party funding are one of the most significant trends in the last few years in the field of international commercial arbitration, not least due to corona virus pandemic. I arrived to this conclusion through comparison of the updated rules of arbitration institutions, as well as the analysis of new tends resulting from global events. The diploma thesis focuses on finding answers to three research questions. The first question is what are the new trends in international commercial arbitration. The second question is whether these trends have the potential to become a new standard. And the third question is when this is a trend and when the trend has become a new standard.en
