dc.description.abstractObsahem bakalářské práce je historie a vývoj péče o pacienty s poruchou srdečního rytmu pomocí kardiostimulace. V úvodu práce je popsána základní anatomie a fyziologie srdce. Zmíněny jsou nejčastější příčiny vzniku srdečních arytmií a je popsáno praktické dělení arytmií. Práce v krátkosti popisuje základní možnosti diagnostiky nejčastějších arytmií a zmíněny jsou i klinické příznaky vedoucí k podezření na poruchu srdečního rytmu. V závěrečné části práce je popsán vývoj kardiostimulátoru od jeho počátku napříč desetiletím po současnost. Pozornost je také věnována praktickému popisu práce sestry při výkonech, jako jsou dočasná kardiostimulace, trvalá kardiostimulace či kardioverze.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe content of this thesis is the history and development of care for patients with heart rhythm pacing disorders. The introduction describes the basic anatomy and physiology of the heart. There are mentioned the most common causes of cardiac arrhythmias and practical division of the arrhythmias are described too. The thesis briefly gives an account of the basic possibilities of diagnosis of the most common arrhythmias and also clinical symptoms leading to analysis of suspected heart rhythm disorders. The final part of the thesis traces the development of the pacemaker from its beginning through the decades to the present day. Attention is also paid to the practical job description for nurses in surgeries, such as temporary pacing or cardioversion.en
