| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na seskupení podnikatelských subjektů s různou formou kooperace a koncentrace majetku. Přináší informace o řízení v holdingu zaměřené na finanční řízení. Informuje o formách holdingu, jeho strukturách a představuje typologii vztahů, které lze v holdingových strukturách pozorovat. Finanční řízení holdingu se neliší v řadě oblasti od finančního řízení běžného podniku. Rozdíly jsou patrné zejména v oblasti finančního plánování a konsolidaci dat členů skupiny. Speciální oblastí je u holdingu problematika převodních cen. Významná část práce se zabývá popisem ukazatelů, které mohou být předmětem hodnocení finančního zdraví celého holdingu i jeho jednotlivých členů. V praktické části práce jsou uvedené konkrétní výstupy finanční analýza z konsolidovaných dat vybraného holdingu. Výsledky analýz se stanou standardním podkladem pro hodnocení kvality práce vrcholového managementu holdingu. Jejich forma a obsah je vzorovým příkladem zprávy o finanční výkonnosti holdingu, která bude součástí konsolidované výroční zprávy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The submitted thesis is focused on groupings of business entities with various forms of co-operation and concentration of ownership. It provides information on holding management, with a focus on financial management. It deals with holding forms and its structures and presents the types of relations which can be observed within holding structures. Financial management within a holding is no different in many areas from financial management of a standard business. Differences can mainly be seen in financial planning and the consolidation of data from group members. A special area for holdings is the issue of transfer pricing. A major part of this thesis gives a description of the indicators which can be used to evaluate the financial health of the whole holding and its individual members. Specific outcomes are detailed in the practical section of the thesis a financial analysis of the consolidated data of the selected holding. The results of the analysis will become a standard basis for evaluating the quality of the work of the holding's top management. Its form and content will be used as a model for reports on the holding's financial performance as a part of its consolidated annual report. | en |
