dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na obchodování s investičními nástroji na Burze cenných papírů Praha. První dvě kapitoly shrnují nutné pojmy pro pochopení jádra práce, a to zejména finanční trh a investiční nástroje. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na historii burzovnictví u nás i ve světě. Čtvrtá kapitola pak obsahuje samotné jádro práce a podává ucelený přehled o fungování burzy. Pátá kapitola se zaobírá vypořádáním obchodů v Centrálním depozitáři cenných papírů. Poslední kapitola slouží k nastínění trendů finančního trhu a analyzuje budoucí vývoj pražské burzy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis focuses on trading with investment instruments on the Prague Stock Exchange. The first two chapters summarize the necessary concepts for understanding the core of this work, especially the financial market and investment instruments. The third chapter is focused on the history of stock exchange in the Czech Republic and in the world. The fourth chapter contains the core of the work and gives a comprehensive overview of the functioning of the exchange. The fifth chapter deals with the settlement of trades in the Central Securities Depository. The last chapter serves to outline financial market trends and analyzes the future development of the Prague Stock Exchange.en
