| dc.description.abstract | Dětská mozková obrna (DMO) je komplexní neurologická porucha, která negativ-ně ovlivňuje motorické funkce a pohybovou koordinaci dětí, a často se projevuje také poruchami příjmu potravy. Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu problémů s příjmem potravy u dětí trpících DMO, přičemž zohledňuje různé perinatální faktory, které mohou ovlivnit jejich zdraví a vývoj. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o DMO, její klinické projevy, kombinované postižení a význam orofaciální stimulace. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu dat získaných prostřednictvím anonymního dotaz-níku určeného rodičům, které poskytují cenné pohledy na každodenní výzvy, jimž děti s DMO čelí. Výsledky výzkumu umožnily vytvoření informativního letáku pro rodiče, který obsahuje ergoterapeutickou intervenci. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Childhood cerebral palsy (DMO) is a complex neurological disorder that negative-ly affects children's motor function and motor coordination, and often also manifests itself in eating disorders. This work focuses on the analysis of problems with food intake in children suffe-ring from DMO, taking into account various perinatal factors that may affect their health and development. The theoretical section describes basic information about DMO, its clinical manifestations, combined disability and the importance of orofacial stimulation. The practical part includes an analysis of data obtained through an anonymous questionnaire directed at parents, which provide valuable insights into the daily challen-ges children with DMO face. The results of the research allowed the creation of an infor-mative leaflet for parents that contains occupantional intervention. | en |
