dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná kvalifikační práce se zabývá využitím dynamických dlah při nácviku funkčního úchopu u jedince po poranění míchy. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou míšních lézí, jejich funkčními dovednostmi, náhradními úchopy a poté i samotnými dynamickými dlahami. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení a interpretaci nasbíraných dat prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření provedeného v České republice i v zahraničí s následným porovnáním. Získané výsledky vykazují fakt, že potenciál dynamických dlah není využíván ani zdaleka tak, jak by mohl. Nicméně poukazují i na nedostatek informací ve formě literárních zdrojů, studií, kurzů a internetových publikací, odkud by terapeuti mohli čerpat informace pro následnou aplikaci metody ve své praxi. Nashromáždění výsledků z dotazníkových šetření bylo klíčové pro vypracování navazující diskuze, naplnění hlavního cíle práce a zodpovězení stanovených výzkumných otázek.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The present qualification thesis deals with the use of dynamic splints in training of functional grip of an individual after spinal cord injury. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the problem of spinal cord lesions, their functional skills, substitute grips and then the dynamic splints themselves. The practical part includes the evaluation and interpretation of the collected data through a questionnaire survey conducted in the Czech Republic and abroad with subsequent comparison. The results obtained show that the potential of dynamic splints is not used nearly as much as it could be. However, they also point to the lack of information in the form of literature sources, studies, courses and internet publications from which therapists could get information for the subsequent application of the method in their practice. Collecting the results of the questionnaire surveys was crucial for the development of the follow-up discussion, the fulfilment of the main aim of the thesis and the answering of the research questions.	en
