dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá historií policie, vymezením Policie České republiky a obecní policie z hlediska jejich organizace a řízení a současně také z hlediska jejich oprávnění a povinností. Dále se práce věnuje vymezením a vysvětlením pojmu "community policing", spoluprací mez Policií České republiky, obecní policií a obcí, kdy k tomuto jsou v práci zmíněny také koordinační dohody a v neposlední řadě je v rámci této práce provedena šetření a následná analýza potřeby vzniku městské policie v konkrétním městě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the history of the police, the definition of the Police of the Czech Republic and the municipal police from the point of view of their organization and management, as well as from the point of view of their authority and duties. Furthermore, the work is dedicated to the definition and explanation of the concept of "community policing", the cooperation between the Police of the Czech Republic, municipal police and municipalities, where coordination agreements are also mentioned in the work, and last but not least, an investigation and subsequent analysis of the need for the creation of city police in a particular city.en
