dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu specifických potřeb pacientů s diabetem mellitem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část shrnuje základní poznatky z oblasti historie, klasifikace, klinického obrazu, diagnostiky a terapie. Dále jsou zmíněny akutní i chronické komplikace diabetu. Poslední kapitolu teoretické části práce tvoří potřeby pacientů s diabetem. Tyto potřeby jsou rozděleny do jednotlivých oblastí např. oblast stravování, aplikace inzulinu, sportu a tak dále. V praktické části jsou analyzována data získaná pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na identifikaci specifických potřeb diabetiků. Na podkladě výsledků proběhlého šetření byl sestaven informační leták nejen pro pacienty s diabetem mellitem, ale i pro širokou veřejnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of specific needs of patients with diabetes mellitus. The work comprises a theoretical as well as a practical section. The theoretical section summarizes the fundamentals of history, classification, clinical picture, diagnostics and therapy of diabetes. Acute and chronic complications coupled with diabetes are mentioned further. The last chapter of the theoretical section deals with needs of patients with diabetes. These needs are divided into individual areas including, but not limited to alimentation, application of insulin, sport. The practical section analyses data collected via question-forms that focused mainly on the identification of diabetics' specific needs. Using the survey's findings an information brochure was created to help patients with diabetes mellitus.en
