dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit vliv modifikovaného odběru vzorkovaného vzduchu při nestandardním měření aerosolových částic. První část je věnovaná obecnému popisu aerosolových částic, způsobům jejich vzniku, zdravotním účinkům a imisním limitům. Druhá část této práce je zaměřena na měření prašného aerosolu. Postupně jsou popsány jednotlivé metody měření, analyzátor GRIMM 1.109, který byl použit v praktické části této práce, a samotné nestandardní měření. Ve třetí části je teoreticky popsáno chování aerosolových částic při průtoku odběrovou trasou a jsou zde uvedeny vztahy pro výpočet vlivu odběrové trasy na měření. Čtvrtá část této práce se pak věnuje praktickému měření a kvantifikaci vlivu odběrové trasy a odběrové sondy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to evaluace the effect of the modified discrete sampling air at a non-standard measurement of aerosol particles. The first part is devoted to a general description of the aerosol particles, their ways of creation, health effects and immission standard. The second part of this work is focused on the measurement of particulate matter. There are explanations of measurement methods, GRIMM 1.109 analyzer used in the practical part of this work, and very non-standard measurements. The third part theoretically describes the behavior of aerosol particles in the flow sampling line and there are given formulas for calculating the impal of sampling line on the measurement. The fourth part of this work is devoted to practical measuring and quantifying the effect of sampling line and probe.en
