| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním stavem využití metody BIM v oblasti facility managementu v České republice. Cílem rešerše a provedeného průzkumu bylo zmapovat povědomí o této metodě, míru jejího využívání a identifikovat hlavní bariéry, které brání její širší implementaci. Za tímto účelem byl navržen a distribuován dotazník určený relevantním pracovníkům v oboru. Na základě získaných dat byla provedena analýza současné situace a zhodnocení potenciálního vývoje v dané oblasti. | cs |

The aim of the literature review and the conducted survey was to map awareness of BIM, its level of adoption, and to identify the main barriers hindering its wider implementation.
