dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku fyzioterapie u vrozené vady pes equinovarus congenitus, známé jako golfová noha. Cílem práce je analyzovat současné metody fyzioterapeutické péče, jejich efektivitu a význam při léčbě tohoto onemocnění. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a patofyziologie vady, diagnostika a možnosti léčby, včetně konzervativních postupů a chirurgických zásahů. Popsány byly i konkrétní druhy fyzioterapie, jako jsou mobilizace, fyzikální terapie a cvičení. Praktická část se věnuje dvěma pacientům adolescentního věku s danou vadou. Nejdříve byly položeny výzkumné otázky a pomocí sledování a práce s pacienty na ně bylo na konci odpovězeno. Na začátku sledování proběhlo vstupní vyšetření, které se skládalo z kazuistik, kineziologického rozboru, odebraly se antropometrické délky a goniometrické rozsahy na dolní končetině na začátku a poté i na konci sledování. Důležitým bodem bylo sestavení domácího cvičebního plánu a pohled na krátkodobý a dlouhodobý cvičební plán. Významnou součástí byl také samotný přístup k dětskému pacientovi a jeho motivace ke spolupráci. Výsledky studií potvrzují klíčovou roli fyzioterapie v komplexní léčbě Pes equinovarus congenitus, přičemž se klade důraz na individuální přístup a dlouhodobou rehabilitaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of physiotherapy in congenital defects of the pes equinovarus congenitus, known as golf foot. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current methods of physiotherapeutic care, their effectiveness and importance in the treatment of this disease. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and pathophysiology of the defect, diagnosis and treatment options, including conservative procedures and surgical interventions. Specific types of physiotherapy such as mobilisation, physical therapy and exercises. The practical part focuses on two adolescent patients with the defect. First, the research questions were posed and by observing and working with the patients, they were answered at the end. At the beginning of the observation, an initial examination was done which consisted of case studies, kinesiological analysis, antropometric lengths and goniometric ranges on the lower limb at the beginning and then at the end of follow- up. Importance was placed on the development of an exercise plan at home. Another perspective was on short-term and long-term exercise plan. Important was also the actual approach to the pediatric patient and their motivation to cooperate. The results the studies confirm the key role of physiotherapy in the comprehensive treathment of pes equinovarus, with an emphasis on an individual approach and log rehabilitation.en
