dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problémem interpretace v koncepci Umberta Eca. Jsou v ní porovnány Ecovy interpretační teorie a ty jsou následně aplikovány na jeho dvě beletristická díla. V teoretické části popisuje Ecův život a stěžejní díla. Dále se zabývá problematikou intence modelového a empirického autora, modelového a empirického čtenáře, otevřeností a uzavřeností textu, sémantickou a kritickou rovinou interpretace a falsifikačním kritériem. V praktické části jsou zmíněné aspekty aplikovány na Ecova beletristická díla: Ostrov včerejšího dne a Jméno růže.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with problem of interpretation in Umberto Eco's literary theory. It compares Eco's interpretive theories and then applies these theories to his two novels. The teoretical part describes Eco's life and his major works. It also deals with intention of the model and empirical author, of the the model and empirical reader, of the open and closed text, of the semantic and critical level of interpretation and of the falsification criterion. In practice part, there are these aspects applied to Eco's novels: The Island of Yesterday and The Name of the Rose.en
