dc.description.abstractTato bakalářský práce se zjišťuje nakolik proces evropeizace ovlivnil členské státy Evropské unie. Konkrétně Českou a Slovenskou republiku v otázce policy imigrační a azylové politiky. V první kapitole je představena problematika pojmu evropeizace a dalších blízských pojmů, které jsou potřeba pro další rozbor v rámci této bakalářské práce. Ve druhé kapitole je již analyzována samotná imigrační a azylová politika Evropská unie, spolu s několika konkrétními směrnicemi. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola se již věnují imigrační a azylové politice České a Slovenské republiky. Jsou zde konkrétně představeny zákony, které vycházejí ze směrnic Evropské unie a věnují se této politice. Na základě těchto informací je tak možné zjistit do jaké míry dochází k evropeizaci obou politik v rámci České a Slovenské republiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor thesis is to answer the question how deep the Europeanization influenced the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic with a focus on immigration and asylum policies. The first chapter introduces the issue of the concept of Europeanization and other close terms, which are necessary for further analysis within this bachelor thesis. The second chapter analyzes the EU immigration and asylum policy itself, together with several specific directives. The third and fourth chapters deal with the immigration and asylum policies of the Czech and Slovak Republics. There are presented some laws that are based on European Union directives and are devoted to this policy. Based on this information, it is possible to find out how Europeanization influence of both policies of the Czech and Slovak Republic.en
