dc.description.abstractProblematika gamblerství je celosvětovým problémem. Tato práce se blíže zaměřuje na novodobý fenomén v této oblasti, kterým bezesporu hraní pokeru je. V této práci bude čtenář seznámen s propojením gamblerství v oblasti pokeru a s riziky vzniku patologického hráčství, společně s jeho následnými dopady. Naleznete zde též legislativní úpravu užívanou v České republice v oblasti hazardu, společně s konkrétními omezeními a regulacemi zasahujícími přímo do oblasti pokeru. Dále je zde kladen důraz na prevenci v této oblasti, společně s následnou léčbou v případě jejího selhání. Na konci této práce se pak zaměřujeme na vyhodnocení dat zkoumaného vzorku hráčů, na kterém si potvrzujeme teoretická tvrzení uvedená v této práci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe gambling and problems regarding it represents nowadays a global phenomenon. This thesis is focused mainly on the currently progressive poker game. A close relation between the gambling, poker and the risk of a pathological gaming and its consequent effects is described here. There are some strict regulations on gambling especially on poker game in the Czech Republic. They are explained in this work. The emphasis is also placed on the prevention tasks and on the possible treatments in case of prevention failure. The author is in the final part evaluating an examined group of poker players that proves statements cited in the theoretical part of this thesis.en
