dc.description.abstractV první kapitole diplomové práce jsem se zaměřil na vymezení svobody náboženského vyznání a její zakotvení v dokumentech na mezinárodní úrovni. V další části jsem pojednával o vztahu státu a církve a o pojmech laický, sekulární a nábožensky neutrální stát.Důvod proč jsem došel k závěrům, ke kterým jsem došel, je i že jsem využil pohledu občana sekularizovaného státu. V poslední části práce jsem rozebral limity náboženské svobody a možnosti jejich omezení. K tomu jsem uvedl řadu rozhodnutí Evropského soudu pro lidská práva a Ústavního soudu České republiky. Položil jsem se několik důležitých otázek, na ty jsem hledal ve zdrojích odpovědi a zaujal jsem k nim vlastní stanovisko. Téma svobody vyznání je velmi rozsáhlé a bylo nutné čerpat z mnoha zdrojů, ty jsou v práci uvedeny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the first chapter of the thesis I focused on the definition of freedom of religion and its legalization in Bill of rights of the Czech Republic and in other documents on international end European level. In the next section, I dealt with the relationship of church and state and the concepts of secular, laic and religiously neutral state.The reason why I came to the conclusion, which I have reached, is also the fact that I am the citizen of secular state. In the last part I focused on the limits of religious freedom and the possibility of their limitations. For that I stated a number of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. I asked a few important questions to which I was looking for answers in the resources and than I took my own opinion on them.
