dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá jazykem užívaným v lifestylových magazínech. Nejprve je představena jazykovědná disciplína, která studuje vztahy mezi jazykem a společností, její hlavní oblasti zájmu a vliv faktorů pohlaví a věku na podobu jazyka. Následně práce poskytuje krátký historický přehled vývoje časopisů a přehled jejich typů, obsahu a často se vyskytujících jazykových prostředků. Následuje praktická část práce, ve které je provedena analýza jazyka v pěti vybraných populárních časopisech. Výsledky analýzy jsou poté shrnuty a porovnávány.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis deals with the language used in lifestyle magazines. There is initially introduced the linguistic discipline that studies the relationship between language and society, its main fields of interest and the influence of such factors as age and gender on the language form. Subsequently the thesis provides a brief historical overview of magazine development and the outline of magazine types, content and frequently occurring means of language. The following part of the thesis contains the language analysis of five selected popular magazines. Afterwards, the results of the analysis are summarized and compared.en
