| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se na základě teoretických předpokladů zaměřuje na oblast controllingu pracovního kapitálu, jeho funkce a cíle, které jsou podkladem pro provedení analýzy controllingových aktivit podniku PEARTEC s.r.o. Empirická část práce charakterizuje vybraný podnik, jeho činnosti podnikání a společně s výpočty finančních ukazatelů v letech 2012-2015 tvoří podklad pro zhodnocení efektivity finančního řízení. V poslední části práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení controllingových aktivit pracovního kapitálu ve vybraném podniku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Based on theoretical assumptions the thesis is focused on controlling of working capital, its functions and targets, which are the basis for the analysis of the PEARTEC´s Ltd. controlling activities. The empirical part of the thesis characterizes the selected company, its business activities and together with calculations of financial indicators in the years 2012-2015 builds the basis for evaluation of the effectiveness of financial management.
