| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení kvality života žen s močovou inkontinencí po chirurgické léčbě. Močová inkontinence je častým zdravotním problémem, který negativně ovlivňuje fyzické, psychické i sociální aspekty života žen. Chirurgická léčba představuje jednu z možností řešení této poruchy, avšak její dopad na kvalitu života žen není vždy dostatečně zmapován. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice močové inkontinence, její definici, příčinám a mechanismu vzniku. Dále popisuje diagnostické metody a přehled dostupných možností léčby, včetně konzervativních, farmakologických a chirurgických přístupů. Významná část teoretické práce je zaměřena na kvalitu života pacientů trpících močovou inkontinencí, možnostem jejího měření a faktorů, které ji mohou ovlivnit. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu provedeném formou dotazníkového šetření mezi ženami, které podstoupili chirurgickou léčbu močové inkontinence. Respondentky ohodnotily svou kvalitu života před a po operaci, což může ovlivnit změny v oblasti fyzického zdraví, psychické pohody a sociálních vztahů. Získaná data byla následně statisticky zpracována formou grafů. V diskusi jsme porovnávali námi získané výsledky s dosavadními výzkumy a analyzovali možné faktory, které ovlivňovali úspěšnost chirurgické léčby. V diskusi jsme také uvedli možné limity výzkumu. Závěr této bakalářské práce shrnuje klíčové poznatky práce a význam chirurgické léčby pro zlepšení kvality života žen s močovou inkontinencí. Výsledky ukázaly, že chirurgická léčba má pozitivní dopad na kvalitu života žen avšak efektivita léčby může být ovlivněna individuálními faktory. Práce zároveň poukazuje na důležitost kvalitní pooperační péče, edukaci pacientů a na dlouhodobé sledování jejich zdravotního stavu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating the quality of life of women with urinary incontinence after surgical treatment. Urinary incontinence is a common health problem that negatively impacts the physical, psychological, and social aspects of women's lives. Surgical treatment is one of the options for addressing this issue; however, its impact on women's quality of life is not always sufficiently explored. The theoretical part of the thesis addresses the problem of urinary incontinence, its definition, causes, and mechanisms of development. It also describes diagnostic methods and provides an overview of available treatment options, including conservative, pharmacological, and surgical approaches. A significant part of the theoretical section is dedicated to the quality of life of patients suffering from urinary incontinence, methods of measuring it, and the factors that can influence it. The practical part is based on quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey among women who underwent surgical treatment for urinary incontinence. The respondents assessed their quality of life before and after surgery, which may have been affected by changes in physical health, psychological well-being, and social relationships. The collected data were subsequently processed statistically in the form of graphs. In the discussion, we compared our results with existing research and analyzed possible factors influencing the success of surgical treatment. We also discussed the possible limitations of the research. The conclusion of this bachelor thesis summarizes the key findings and the importance of surgical treatment in improving the quality of life of women with urinary incontinence. The results showed that surgical treatment has a positive impact on the quality of life of women, although the effectiveness of the treatment may be influenced by individual factors. The thesis also emphasizes the importance of high-quality postoperative care, patient education, and long-term monitoring of their health status. | en |
