| dc.description.abstract | Insolvenční zákon přinesl mnoho změn týkajících se správy majetku dlužníka. Osoba s dispozičním oprávněním je dle §2 písm. f) osobou, které v průběhu insolvenčního řízení přísluší právo nakládat s majetkovou podstatou ohledně všech oprávnění, ze kterých se skládá. Tou osobou může být buď dlužník nebo insolvenční správce, ne oba najednou. Tyto subjekty vykonávají správu nad majetkem dlužníka přímo a v užším pohledu tvoří pouze oni majetkovou správu v insolvenci. | cs |
