| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tavidel a jejích vlivů na spolehlivost desky plošných spojů. V úvodních kapitolách jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se kontaminace a tavidel. Dále jsou popsány normy a testovací metody pro posouzení povrchového izolačního odporu a iontové kontaminace desky plošných spojů. V další části jsou realizované experimenty pro testování povrchového izolačního odporu a iontové kontaminace DPS pro různá tavidla a různé přetavovací teploty. V závěrečné části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky experimentů. | cs |

The initial chapters explain the basic concepts related to contamination and fluxes. Next part describes the standards and test methods for the assessment of surface insulation resistance and ion contamination of the PCB. The other parts are realized experiments to test the insulation resistance and surface contamination of PCB for various fluxes and different remelting temperatures.
