dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vícečetného těhotenství a péče porodní asistentky o ženy v tomto specifickém období. Teoretická část poskytuje ucelený pohled na vznik vícečetného těhotenství, jeho rizika, způsoby vedení porodu a šestinedělí. Dále se zaměřuje na roli porodní asistentky a její péči o potřeby žen v těhotenství, při porodu a po něm. Praktická část zkoumá zkušenosti ženy, která prožívá své třetí těhotenství jako vícečetné. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že ženy v této situaci čelí nejen fyzickým, ale i psychickým výzvám, a zdůraznily význam individuální péče, podpory a edukace ze strany porodní asistentky. Zjištění přispívají k lepšímu pochopení specifických potřeb těchto žen a mohou sloužit jako podklad pro zlepšení péče v praxi.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of multiple pregnancy and midwife care for women in this specific period. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive view of the occurrence of multiple pregnancy, its risks, methods of management of labour and delivery and puerperium. It also focuses on the role of the midwife and her care of women's needs during pregnancy, birth and afterwards. The practical part explores the experience of a multiparous woman who is experiencing her third pregnancy as a multiple pregnancy. The research findings showed that women in this situation face both physical and psychological challenges and highlighted the importance of individual care, support and education from the midwife. The findings contribute to a better understanding of the specific needs of these women and can serve as a basis for improving care in practice.	en
