dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je oblast ošetřovatelská péče o pacienty se zavedeným permanentním katetrem. Kvalitní a bezpečná péče o tyto pacienty je základem a podmínkou prevence nežádoucích komplikací souvisejících se zavedeným katetrem. Podstatou péče je pak znalost standardních postupů péče a jejich dodržování. Bakalářská práce má za úkol popsat specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s močovým katetrem. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část přibližuje anatomii močových cest, popisuje vývoj a změny v oblasti katetrizace a pomůcek, druhy katetrů a katetrizace či možné komplikace katetrizace a jejich odstranění. Empirická část bakalářské práce je rozdělena na část výzkumného šetření a na část, která uvádí přehled výstupů z něj plynoucí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject matter is nursing care for patients with established permanent urinary catheter. Quality and safe care for these patients is the basis and precondition for preventing unwanted catheter-related complications. The essence of care is then knowledge of standard care practices and their compliance. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the specifics of nursing care for patients with urinary catheter. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part describes development and changes in areas of catheterization and its aids, gives us insight into urinary tract anatomy, types of catheters and catheterization, or potential complications of catheterization and their remove. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis is devided into survey and a part which gives an overview of the outputs.en
