dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou normování časů, konkrétně jednou z metod předem stanovených časů - metodou MOST. V úvodní teoretické části jsou popsány teoretické základy pro zpracování práce. Podrobněji jsou poté popsány metody MTM a MOST, z nichž druhá jmenovaná je důležitá pro praktickou část. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu pomocí metody MOST na předmontážní a montážní lince ve firmě IAC Přeštice 2. Následně jsou srovnány časy, které vyšly z analýzy, s časy z firmy. V poslední řadě jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení, které vycházejí z analýzy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the issue of time normalization, specifically one of the methods of predetermined times - the MOST method. In the introductory theoretical part, the theoretical foundations for the work are described. The MTM and MOST methods are then described in more detail, the latter of which is important for the practical part. In the practical part, the analysis of the current situation using the MOST method on the pre-assembly and assembly line in the company IAC Preštice 2 is carried out. Subsequently, the times that came out of the analysis are compared with the times from the company. Finally, suggestions for improvement based on the analysis are given.en
