Práce vymezuje pojem euthanasie a rozlišení druhů euthanasie a poskytuje vhled do právní úpravy vybraných evropských zemí. Poté se práce věnuje významným rozhodnutím Evropského soudu pro lidská práva týkající se euthanasie a asistované sebevraždy, která jsou jednotlivě analyzována. | cs |
