| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením bonity klientů či obchodních partnerů, které se nacházejí v reorganizaci nebo mají reorganizaci úspěšně za sebou. Reorganizaci je však nutné z něčeho financovat. Otázkou je, zda je podnik v reorganizaci vůbec vhodný k úvěrování a jak se ohodnotí jeho bonita. Tato práce je odpovědí na tyto otázky. Základním nástrojem hodnocení bonity je finanční analýza. Vhodné ukazatele hodnoceného podniku jsou porovnány s výsledky typickými pro dané odvětví, které jsou též vypočteny v rámci práce. Účetní závěrky podniků působících ve vybraném odvětví byly získány z databáze Albertina. Je také nutné vědět, co z možné reorganizace plyne pro jednotlivé věřitele. Na základě zjištěných poznatků byla sestavena metodika, jak postupovat při hodnocení bonity klientů v případě, kdy má hodnotitel k dispozici pouze veřejně dostupné informace. To je hlavním výstupem práce. Vytvořený postup byl aplikován na případových studiích. Výsledkem hodnocení je výrok o bonitě a určení možnosti úvěrování podniku. Práce obsahuje též výčet silných a slabých stránek vytvořeného postupu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of creditworthiness of clients and business partners that are in reorganization or already went through reorganization successfully. But finances are needed for reorganization. The question is whether the company in reorganization is suitable for lending at all and how to evaluate its credibility. This work is the answer to those questions. The basic tool for assessing the creditworthiness is the financial analysis. Suitable indicators of the evaluated enterprise are compared with the results typical for the sector, which are also calculated in the thesis. The financial statements of companies operating in the selected sector have been obtained from the Albertina database. It is also necessary to know what the possible reorganization means for each creditor. Based on the findings a methodology has been created how to proceed in evaluating the creditworthiness of clients when only publicly accessible information is available. This is the main outcome of the work. The developed procedure has been applied in case studies. The evaluation results in a statement of creditworthiness and possibility of lending money to the business. The thesis also includes a list of strengths and weaknesses of the developed procedure. | en |
