dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci se popisuje choroba Charcot - Marie - Tooth a její ortotické vybavení. V teoretické části je popsán klinický obraz onemocnění a možnosti ortotického vybavení. V praktické části jsou popsány kazuistiky dvou rozdílných pacientů a jejich následná péče. Během vyšetřování bylo zjištěno výrazné poškození periferních nervů dolních končetin, z toho tedy vyplývá, že ortotická léčba se zaměřovala výhradně na zlepšení stereotypu chůze. Ortotické vybavení jsme řešili u pacientů individuálně podle jejich potřeb. U prvního probanda jsme zvolili AFO ortézu s kloubem Tamarack a u druhého probanda ortotickou botu Cellona. U obou pacientů došlo k výraznému zlepšení stereotypu chůze.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis describes the Charcot - Marie - Tooth disease and its orthotic equipment. The theoretical part describes the clinical picture of the disease and the possibilities of orthotic equipment. The practical part describes the case reports of two different patients and their subsequent care. Significant damage to the peripheral nerves of the lower limbs was found during the examination. The result shows that orthotic treatment was focused exclusively on improving the stereotype of walking. We solved orthotic equipment for patients individually according to their needs. For the first proband we chose the Afo orthosis with the Tamarack joint and for the second proband the Cellon orthotic shoe. There was a significant improvement in gait stereotype in both patient.en
