Záměrem vypracování této práce byl popis tradičního hornického rituálu skoku přes kůži na Vysoké škole báňské v Ostravě. Mým cílem bylo zachytit nejen jeho historický vývoj, ale především podobu, v níž se v současnosti vyskytuje. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Jump over the leather is the traditional ritual of miners and metalworkers. Its present form is composed of two parts: šachťák and leap over the leaher, which occurs during the miner's special festive event. Šachťák is miners? evening preparing the novices to jump. The actual jump is a specific type of rite of passage, whose adepts are inducted into the guild of miners and steelworkers.Jump over the leader is held, albeit in different forms, in many locations throughout the Czech Republic. The Jump organized by Technical University of Ostrava is nationwide and it is the only official one. All representatives from mines in the Czech Republic and representatives of the traditional guilds and major schools, which instruct mining and metallurgy, are invited to this event. | en |
